"Advertised as, “Get your bindings professionally mounted, so they are a perfect match for your boots.” Except that the bindings I was buying were NOT a perfect match for the boots I was buying. In fact they could not work together at all. And instead of customer service informing me of this, they went ahead and mounted my bindings that they KNEW would never work with my boots, and shipped my order without a word to me so that when I got my boots and bindings I could not use them together and will have to return either the boots or the skis+bindings and be out return shipping AND the useless mounting fee. Not much of a ‘service’, if you ask me."

When we mount the bindings, it is the shoe size that is important to know. We typically don't look at the boot itself. Compatibility has to be checked either by the customer beforehand or you can always contact us for help and recommendation as well. We apologize for the misunderstanding! / Your SkatePro team
